Important Notes:- The term of the license for this product is limited to 1 year from the date of registration with Autodesk, Inc.
- AutoCAD term license is $1,995 MSRP and only available to commercial customers in the United States and Canada. Government and education customers are not eligible. The AutoCAD Term license is available for 12 calendar months from the date of activation. Term licenses can’t be suspended, and credits cannot be provided for unused periods of the term. Subscription can’t be added to the AutoCAD term license. No upgrades or cross-grades paths are available. The AutoCAD term license is only available on 2009 and 2010 versions. The term license can’t be combined with any Autodesk promotion, special pricing or other offers unless specified herein. Autodesk reserves the right to cancel, suspend for modify part of this entire promotion at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion.
