What's New

Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 software or download for architectural design provides tools for architects and designers that help deliver higher quality and more accurate model-based designs. Focus on design while Revit Architecture automatically creates plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views. Rich BIM data helps support sustainable design, clash detection, and construction planning.

Component-Based Stairs Tools

Modify stair runs, landings, and support components independently with new component-based stairs. Annotation and representation of stairs has been improved based on industry standards.

Railing Enhancements

Create transitions and extensions much more easily. Top rails and handrails can be edited and modified as individual elements, enabling control of their appearance.

Construction Modeling Enhancements: Parts

Merge, exclude, and restore parts, as well as divide parts with gap offset. Split and manipulate objects with linked models, for more accurate modeling with multi-disciplinary design models.

Visualization Enhancements

Gain more control over the appearance of your project within the software. A new Raytracing feature offers interactive real-time rendering along with the ability to render Rich Photorealistic Content (RPC) in viewport. Ghost surface and transparency overrides can now be customized with each building element.
