3ds Max Entertainment Creation Suite Premium features include:
- Comprehensive 3D toolsets—Autodesk 3ds Max software gives you access to a production-proven package for 3D modelling, animation, effects, rendering, and compositing.
- New creative possibilities—Create compelling effects, procedural models, and crowd simulations using the intuitive Interactive Creative Environment (ICE) within Autodesk® Softimage® software. Quickly create high-quality facial animation with the included Autodesk® Face Robot® toolset.
- Intuitive digital sculpting and painting—Create highly detailed organic models with ease, using the intuitive sculpting, texturing, and painting toolsets of Autodesk® Mudbox® software.
- Real-time, nonlinear animation and virtual productionv—Autodesk® MotionBuilder® software features an interactive 3D engine, motion capture data handling toolsets, and nonlinear editing paradigm. These help you to increase overall character animation output and explore the emerging genre of virtual production.

The 32-bit version is supported by the following operating systems:
- Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional operating system (SP1)
- Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional operating system (SP3)
The 64-bit version is supported by any of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows 7 Professional operating system (SP1)
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition (SP2)
Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suites 2013 32-bit and 64-bit software requires the following supplemental software:
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7 internet browser or higher
- Apple® Safari® web browser
- Mozilla® Firefox® web browser
Hardware
At a minimum, the 32-bit version requires a system with the following hardware:
- Windows: Intel® Pentium® 4 processor, AMD Athlon™ processor with SSE3 instruction set support (or higher)
- 2 GB RAM
- Autodesk® Entertainment Creation Suites 2013 Standard will require a minimum of 14 GB free disk space
- Autodesk® Entertainment Creation Suites 2013 Premium will require a minimum of 15 GB free disk space
- Autodesk® Entertainment Creation Suites 2013 Ultimate will require a minimum of 17 GB free disk space
- Education Suite for Entertainment Creation Suites 2013 will require a minimum of 17 GB free disk space
- Users should allocate an additional 2 GB hard drive space for swap space
- Qualified 512 MB hardware-accelerated OpenGL® 2.0 (and higher) professional graphics card
- Three-button mouse with mouse driver software or certified Wacom® tablet
- USB 2.0 except for the Education Suite for Entertainment Creation will require a DVD-ROM drive
